DESCRIPTION:
Rules and regulation of movie contest
1. This contest is open to all mymesra members.
2. Only one entry per member is allowed.
3. This contest is organised by PETRONAS Dagangan Bhd (PDB) in partnership with Buena Vista Columbia TriStar Films (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
4 The contest starts on the 2nd April 2007 and ends at midnight, 19th April 2007.
5 All contest entries become the property of PDB.
6 Winners will be notified via email and / or telephone.
7 The decision of the judges is final. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
8 All unclaimed prizes within 1 month will be forfeited.
9 PDB may substitute another prize of equal value, in the event of non-availability of an announced prize.
10 All contestants acknowledge, as a condition of entry, that PDB has a right to publicize, or broadcast the winner's name, character, likeness,photo, voice or all matters incidental herein.
11 All prizes are non-transferable and void where prohibited by law. No cash substitution of prizes allowed.
12 PDB reserves the right to amend the contest rules and regulations at anytime. Any changes to rules and regulations are available in writing and effective upon announcement. The decision of PDB management with regards to the contest is final. By participating in this contest, all contestants and winners and guests agree to be bound by the contest rules and regulations.Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
13 No person may win more than one prize. In the event that a person has been found to have won more than one prize under different names, the person may be disqualified and a new winner will be chosen.
14 PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad may terminate this contest at any time at its absolute discretion without liability to any contestant.
