DESCRIPTION:
Contest Description
1. This contest is jointly organized by Titan Quest Sdn. Bhd and Lotus Cars Asia Pacific hereby known as the The Joint Organisers (THE JO).
2. This contest ends on 20.06.2007 (midnight).
3. This contest is open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents of 18 years of age and above. Management and employees of THE JO do not qualify.
4. Participants are required to send in their entries via www.livincars.com.my.
5. Only one entry from each participant is allowed.
6. One track experience exercise is allowed per entry only. Only 1 Main Prize winner and 3 consolation winners will be picked.
7. Participants with the most correct answers will then be collected in a pool. The 4 best slogans will then be short-listed and each one will then be contacted by phone for confirmation.
8. The short-listed participants will be contacted by the THE JO through mobile-phone and/or via email within 30 business days at the end of the contest. In the event the THE JO is unable to contact a particular participant after attempting to do so for three (3) consecutive days, that entry will automatically be disqualified and the next entry will be selected.
9. All prizes are used/taken entirely at the risk of the winner at all times, and THE JO excludes all warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law.
10. THE JO reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace any of the prizes at any time, if the stated prizes are not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior notice and all prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
11. In the event that any participant is not fit or capable of completing the track experience, THE JO has the right to refuse the track experience on the grounds of safety.
12. Winners are responsible for any taxes, fees or charges payable in respect of any prizes awarded to them.
13. Acceptance of the prize/gift constitutes permission to THE JO and its agencies to use the winner’s name, photograph and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation and notice, unless prohibited by law.
14. Results once announced are final. Disputes or appeals will not be entertained.
15. By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of THE JO shall be final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest. Further queries or appeals shall not be entertained.
16. The Contest shall in all respects be governed by the laws of Malaysia. However, it shall be the sole responsibility and obligation of each customer and winner to ensure that he/she complies with and does not contravene any laws to which he/she may be personally subject.
17. THE JO reserves the right to, at any time, vary, add or amend any of this Contest (including the prizes and discontinuing the Contest) or any part of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
18. THE JO shall not be liable to the participant or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any participant or subscriber as a result of participation or non-participation in the Contest or as a result of any act or omission on the part of THE JO.
19. Failure to comply with the said Terms & Conditions, rules, regulations, instructions and methods will result in the participant being disqualified.
