Contest Description
Participation in the Samsung Fun Club Web Usage Survey constitutes the entrant’s
full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
ELIGIBILITY

This survey is open to all Malaysian citizens who are 18 years of age or over as of
the date of entry. Only members of Samsung Fun Club are eligible to redeem the
Biotherm starter packs and Grand Prize of a unit of SGH-E250. Membership to the
Samsung Fun Club is free.
The Survey period is from 4th May 2007 and will end on 4th June 2007.
Employees or agents of SAMSUNG MALAYSIA ELECTRONICS (SME) SDN BHD (The
Management) and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and
advertising/promotional agencies, and the members of their immediate families
are not eligible to take part.

PARTICIPATION

You may only participate in the survey online. To enter:
1) Register as a Samsung Fun Club member. Membership is free.
2) Access the survey website via

3) Log in to view the promotion entry page.
4) Each member is allowed to enter this survey once only.

PRIZES

- Grand Prize: SGH-E250 X 1 unit, for the best suggestion.
- Token of appreciation: Biotherm Starter Pack for all participating
members.
The Management reserves the right to revoke participants that have incomplete or
duplicate registrations, and they will be deemed invalid and any Prize that they are
entitled to shall be forfeited. All decisions of the Management are final and binding.
The Management is not responsible for and shall not be liable for any late, lost, or
misdirected notification, or for participants unsuccessful efforts to accept or claim
any Prize.

COLLECTION OF PRIZES

Succesful participants will collect their Prizes at the address below. Please provide
us with a Photostat copy of your IC for verification upon collection. Should a
representative be present to collect the Prize instead, the representative will
require a letter of authorisation from the participant, a photocopy of the
participant’s IC and a photocopy of the representative’s IC as well.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering, each entrant (or entrant’s parent/legal guardian if entrant is below 18
years old) agrees to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions and the
decisions of the Management, which shall be final. The Management, and their
respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, directors, officers,
agents, independent contractors, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies,
and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for:

(i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, server
or computer malfunctions,failures, interruptions, miscommunications or difficulties
of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electrical, including, without limitation,
the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online;
(ii); late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible e-mails;
(iii) failed, incomplete, lost, garbled, jumbled, interrupted, unavailable or delayed
computer transmissions;
(iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Management that
may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted;
(v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a
result of the Prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize, or from
participation in the Promotion ; or
(vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the
Promotion. The Management, and their respective parent companies,
subsidiaries,affiliates, licensees, directors, officers, employees, agents,
independent contractors and advertising/promotion agencies make no warranties,
express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use or enjoyment of any of the
Promotion , including, without limitation, their quality, merchantability or fitness for
a particular purpose. The Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to
suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other
technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the
Promotion . In such an event, the Management may select winners in a random
drawing from among all entries received for the Promotion prior to the suspension
or cancellation. Entrants agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of
the Promotion and/or prevent others from entering the Promotion. By participating
in the Promotion , each entrant (or entrant’s parent/legal guardian if entrant is
below 18 years old) agrees to release and hold the Management, and the
employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of the
Management, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees,
advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from
any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection
with the Promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any
Prize, or travel to or from any Prize -related activity, including without limitation,
personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights,
defamation, or invasion of privacy
