How the Privileged Customer Contest works
1.
This Contest is presented in conjunction with various product offers and opens on 1 December 2006 and closes at midnight on 31 July 2007. Entry is by invitation only, and is open to residents of Malaysia of legal age. Approval, permission or licenses, where necessary, have been obtained from the appropriate authorities.

To send for your entry form for this contest, your invitation must be returned with your order or payment to Reader’s Digest in accordance with the instructions and conditions described in the accompanying promotional material. The completed entry form must be received by Reader's Digest by midnight on 31 July 2007. Employees of Reader's Digest and its agencies, and their immediate families up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are not eligible to participate in this Contest..

If more than one contest invitations are received, you may enter more than once. Each entry has a fair and equal opportunity to win. All entries must be completed in ink on the official contest entry form. Illegible entries will be disqualified. Receipt of entries by Reader’s Digest will not be acknowledged and Reader's Digest will accept no responsibility for entries which may for any reason whatsoever become lost or damaged, or delayed in transit.

All entries will be examined by an impartial panel of judges. The winner will be judged based on the correct answers. The judges' decision on all matters connected with this Contest will be final and no correspondence will be entertained. The final judging will be held in the presence of an independent auditor.

The winner will be notified in writing and will be announced on 14 August 2007 in The Star and Sin Chew Jit Poh. The winner’s name will be available upon written request after 14 August 2007. Please send the request together with a self-addressed envelope to the Contest Department, Reader's Digest, P.O. Box 10808, 50726 Kuala Lumpur. Or you can log on to www.rdasia.com.my for the name of the winner.

The prize may be represented from time to time as multiple payment options, cars, travel or merchandise. Prize preferences indicated by participants at time of entry simply highlight options available and are not binding; actual choice will be confirmed with the winner after winner notification. If the prize remains unclaimed for two months after the announcement of the winner it shall be forfeited and donated to charitable organizations.
7.
Reader's Digest reserves the right to publish the photographs and/or name of the prize winner in promotional materials and advertisements as it sees fit.
