DESCRIPTION:
Stand a chance to win the ultimate grand prize of a fully imported NISSAN 350Z with a purchase of any new NISSAN vehicle.

Rules & Regulations:
1.
This contest is open to all residents of Malaysia except the employees of Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn. Bhd. (ETCM), its authorised dealers, sales promotion agencies, advertising agencies, media agencies and their immediate family members.

2. Photocopies of entry forms are permitted.

3.
Each vehicle purchase is entitled to only 1 entry and each entry must be accompanied with a photocopyof both the ETCM sales invoice and the vehicle registration card as proof of purchase. The sales invoice submitted must be dated from January 1, 2007 to May 31, 2007 with vehicle registered within the period of January 1, 2007 to June 15, 2007. The photocopies of the sales invoice and vehicle registration card must be authenticated by the ETCM branch or authorised dealer where the vehicle was purchased in order to qualify for the contest.

4.
Drop entry forms at contest boxes marked ‘NISSAN RANK & WIN CONTEST’ provided at selected main ETCM showrooms.

5.
The closing date of the ‘NISSAN RANK & WIN CONTEST’ is May 31, 2007. ETCM reserves the right to extend the ContestPeriod if deemed necessary.

6.
Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt and any entry received by ETCM after 5 pm on June 21, 2007 will not be entertained.

7.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, disfigured and without the right proof of purchase will be disqualified automatically.

8.
ETCM reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize with another of similar value without prior notice. The Grand Prize is not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.

9.
ETCM will appoint a panel of judges who will determine the ranking of Malaysia’s favourite vehicles as deemed appropriate. The Grand Prize winner will be determined from the entry that matches exactly to the ranking by the panel of judges.In the event there is no entry that matches exactly to the ranking by the panel of judges, the Grand Prize will not be given away. In the event of a tie, the entry received earliest wins.

10.
Judges’ decision is final and any correspondence will not be entertained.

11.
The winner will be notified by telephone based on the information stated on the entry form.

12. The winner must register the ownership of the Grand Prize within 1 month from the date of notification.

13.
ETCM and its advertising and promotion agencies shall reserve the right to use the winner’s name and/or photograph for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice.

14.
By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by the official Rules and Regulations and decisions of ETCM and/or panel of judges.

15.
The official Contest Rules and Regulations can be obtained in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese languages. In the event of inconsistencies in the different language versions, the English language version of the official contest Rules and Regulations shall prevail.
