United Detergent Industries Sdn Bhd., or U.D.I, is a manufacturer and distributor of detergents and household cleaning products. The company offers a wide range of products including powder and liquid detergents, laundry bars, bleaches, softeners and dishwashing agents. Originally known as the “Tiger” brand, it was created in Malaysia in 1977 and since then it has been going on strong for over 29 years. The brand name was later changed to “Harimau” and the word “Kuat” was added to not only signify power and strength but the delivery of its product efficacy. The pioneer brand “Kuat Harimau” will be celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. And in conjuction of this joyous event, Kuat Harimau is inviting everyone from all walks of life to participate in its “BUY, PASTE & WIN” contest.
