This contest is open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above, except employees and the immediate family members of Cadbury Confectionery Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., and Adams Marketing (M) Sdn. Bhd., its promotion agencies, advertising agencies, PR agencies, its subsidiaries and associate companies.
This contest is from 18 June 2007 to 15 July 2007.
To enter the contest, participants are required to take a colored photo of themselves holding a tube of 34gm Halls sweet. Ten (10) photos, five (5) male and five (5) females will be selected from the entries received based on the judges・criteria.
Participants can send in as many entries as they wish. Participants are required to retain the Halls wrapper (tube) for verification should their photo be selected.
Submission of entries:
a. Normal mail ・each entry must be accompanied by one (1) copy colored photo (4R size and above) and personal details: participant痴 full name, NRIC (new), address and telephone number. Mail to: Halls of Fame Contest, P.O. Box 3113, 47509 Subang Jaya, Selangor. All entries must reach the P.O. Box address by 20 July 2007.
b. MMS ・each entry must be accompanied by one (1) colored photo, personal details: participant痴 full name, NRIC (new) and telephone number. Operator charges apply for each MMS entry and the charges may vary from one operator to another. MMS to: 017-3710372. All entries must reach the hand phone number stated by 15 July 2007.

These ten (10) will appear in Tier 2 of the contest where only one (1) male and one (1) female will be voted to appear in the upcoming Halls advertisement and RM500 (to be paid in cheque). Expenses and/or costs incurred by each winner for such attendance shall be borne by the winner. Should a winner fail to show up on the specified date, time and location, he/she will be disqualified.

1. Eligibility & NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge Period
a. The NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge is organised by Amway (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and its appointed agencies (herein collectively referred to as “the Organiser”); and is open to all residents in Malaysia. Employees of Amway (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and its affiliates (“Amway”), sponsors, agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

b. The NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge is a physical and mental challenge organised for adults aged 18 and above and in a team of four (4) people who are in good health and physically fit and in good shape without any deformities (“Contestant”).

c. The NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge will be held on the following dates and at the respective venues:
Elimination and Qualifying Rounds (total of 5 regions)

15 July 2007 in Bukit Kiara Equestrian Club, Kuala Lumpur;
22 July 2007 in Stadium Negeri, Miri, Sarawak;
29 July 2007 in Stadium Larkin, Johor Bahru;
5 August 2007 in Padang Majlis Perbandaran Kuantan 2;
19 August 2007 in Padang Fort Cornwallis, Pulau Pinang;
Final Round
9 September 2007 in Kuala Lumpur.

d. Two (2) best Teams will be selected from each region after the respective Elimination and Qualifying Rounds and proceed to Final Round. Accommodation and transportation for the Final Round for the 10 finalist Teams will be provided and borne by Amway.

2. NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge Entries
a. Each Team must consist of four (4) Contestants and each Contestant is allowed to participate in one (1) Team only. Each Team shall be allowed to submit one (1) NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge entry form only.

b. Entry fee is RM80.00 per Team. Each Team will be provided with four (4) NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge T-shirts.

c. Payment can be made via cash (only for walk-in registration), money order, postal order, bank draft or cheque payable to Amway (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. Particulars of team leader (name, IC/passport no. and contact no.) must be written on the reverse side of the money order, postal order, bank draft or cheque.

d. Contestants may download entry forms via Amway’s website at www.amway2u.com and submit their NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge entries before 2 July 2007, 5.30pm via the following options:
Walk in to Amway Head Office or any Amway Regional Distribution Centre during office hours (8.30am to 5.30pm) and submit the entry form with payment.
Mail in entry form with money order/postal order/ bank draft/cheque to :

g. Entries with no or invalid payment shall be disqualified.

h. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of entry.

i. The Contestants agree to waive all rights to any claim for any loss and/or damages resulting from personal injury, death, mental stress and/or any other losses arising out of or in connection with or that may be sustained before, during or after the participation in the NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge.

j. In the event of over subscription, teams will be selected on a first come, first served basis. Notwithstanding this, the Organiser has absolute discretion to decide whether or not to accept a team’s registration. The Organiser’s decision will be final.

k. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any entry at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.

l. Entry fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable if participants decide not to or are unable to attend at the last minute.

3. NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge General
a. T-shirts and number bibs shall be collected at the respective venues on the following dates and times. Contestants may nominate a representative to collect the T-shirts and number bibs. The nominated representative will be required to present written authorisation from the Team Leader.

b. All Teams must attend a compulsory briefing prior to the Challenge. Briefing will be conducted in groups on the respective Challenge date before the Challenge starts. The briefing and Challenge timing will be allocated at the Organiser’s discretion and Contestants or their nominated representative shall be informed when they collect the T-shirt and number bibs. Failure to attend the briefing will result in automatic disqualification from the Challenge.

c. The Contestants will have to race against time to complete three (3) challenges given at the Elimination Round. Only the fastest 10 Teams are allowed to proceed to the next level, the Qualifying Round. The Teams will then have to complete three (3) challenges in the shortest time to qualify for the Final Round. The best 2 Teams of each venue will proceed to the Final Round. In the event of a tie, the qualifiers to the next round will be determined by a set of mental quiz.

d. In the Final Round, all teams will need to complete four (4) intense challenges in the shortest time.

e. The number bib must be pinned onto the NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge T-shirt at all times.

f. The Team cannot continue and will be automatically disqualified should one or more member(s) drop out of the race.

g. The Organiser reserves the right to decide if the Team or person may continue for health, safety or other reasons.

h. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify a Team if any of its Team members is found to violate the stated game rules during the NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge.

4. Notification of NURILITE DOUBLE X Challenge Results
a. The NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge’s finalists/winners will be announced at the end of the NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge of each respective venue. The Organiser’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained.

b. Finalists/Winners must produce their identity cards/passports for verification. They will be required to give their full name and their registration number i.e. the number that they have been given to pin onto their T-shirts and any other details deemed necessary and relevant by the Organiser, at its sole discretion, upon receiving the request/notification from the Organiser.

5. Prizes
a. Winners will be selected based on the fastest time the Contestant(s) take to arrive at the finish line of the NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge.

b. A prize giving ceremony will be held at the end of the NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge Final Round with the following prizes to be won:

2nd Prize winning Team will receive a Cash prize of RM 12,000.00, Certificate of Achievement and Medal

c. The NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge winner shall be entitled to one (1) prize only. The Amway Product Hamper is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash for whatever reason.

d. Notwithstanding the above, Amway reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to vary the prize with others of equal value, without assigning any reason or giving prior notification.

e. The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit prizes for any NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge winner who does not provide the required details upon receiving the request/notification from Amway.

f. In the event that a NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge winner chooses not to accept a prize, they forfeit any and all claims to that prize, which will be dealt with according to the absolute discretion of the Organiser.

6. Adherence to Rules and Regulations
a. All Contestants shall be required to adhere to the NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge’s Rules and Regulations. The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prize(s) in the event any Rules and Regulations are not adhered to by the winner(s).

7. Variation to the Rules and Regulations
a. The Organiser reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to the Rules and Regulations of this NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge without prior notice at any time and the Contestants shall be bound to such changes.

8. Publicity
a. The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the names, photographs, voice of the NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge winner(s) and entries of the NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge winner(s) without obtaining any consent from the NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge winner(s) or any payment whatsoever to the NUTRILITE DOUBLE X Challenge winner(s) for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media.

How to Participate :

1. You may submit an unlimited number of entries in any or both categories in analog or digital format. (no mounting or framing allowed)

2. Digital format entries must be delivered in JPEG format file and no less than 5 megapixels. Photoprint entries must be in at 8R size. The printed analog format entries must be delivered well equipped with negative or slide copy.

3. Submitted entries must be clearly captioned with the participant’s name, date (including the year), hotel location and a given title.

4. All related costs incurred during this participation shall be borne by participant.

5. All submissions must be completed together with a Material Release Form as attached.

Rules and Regulations :

1. This contest shall commence on 01 May 2007 to 30 September 2007 and open to all guests of Holiday Villa hotels and resorts worldwide. Employees of Holiday Villa Malaysia International are not
eligible to participate.

2. Participants may submit as many entries .However, each winner can receive only one(1) prize. The winning photo print must not be re-used again as entry for another contest locally or abroad.

3. Entries must be made on the Official Entry Form available at the Reception counter of any Holiday Villa property or downloaded from the website www.holidayvillahotels.com.Each Entry Form must be accompanied with proof of stay or purchase from the F & B outlet.

4. All entries must be of participants’ original works. Usage of third party/parties or photoprints that have won in any other competitions before are prohibited and the entry is automatically disqualified.

5. The photos must be taken at any location within the premises of Holiday Villa property and accompanied with a title in the English language of not more than 20 words. Entries must be submitted in digital or j-peg format with 300 dpi resolution or printed on Kodak paper to a size of
8R.(unmounted).

6. The following techniques will not be accepted : digital super imposition, composite photographs, photo montage, trick photographs, digital imaging and image manipulation. Minor photo touch up ie adjustment of brightness of colour and softening or sharpening of the image taken is allowed.

7. Entries will be judged on the subject matter, originality and uniqueness. Judges decision is final.

8. All entries must reach the organiser by 15 October 2007. Winners shall be notified by phone, email or post by 31 October 2007.

9. All submissions are non-returnable and shall remain the sole property of Holiday Villa Hotels and Resorts ,Malaysia International. The management reserves the right to reproduce, publicise or to exhibit the submissions in any form of medium whether locally or internationally without any prior

Contest Description
1) The Contest and Eligibility

The Ronda 360 SMS Contest shall be held from 9.00 p.m. on 5th June 2007 to 11:59am 2nd December 2007 (”Contest Period”).
The Contest is based on the Ronda 360 show which is scheduled to be aired over the Astro Ria Channel from 5th June 2007 to 27th November 2007, and the repeat show from 6th June 2007 to 2nd December 2007 (hereinafter referred to as “Scheduled Broadcasting Time”).
The Contest times during the Contest Period shall be as follows or such other time that Astro shall decide from time to time. Entries received after the stipulated time will be ineligible for the prize.

The Contest will close at 2nd December 2007,1159am or such other time that Astro shall decide from time to time. Entries received after the stipulated time will be ineligible for the prize.
The Contest is open to subscribers of prepaid and post-paid services of Maxis, DiGi and Celcom providing Short Messaging System (”SMS”) services in Malaysia (”Contestants”).
To enter the Contest, the Contestant must tune in during the Scheduled Broadcasting Time to obtain questions. The questions will be posted at the start of each episode. The Contestant will then have to answer the questions and send the answers by keying in RONDA and send to 32999. Alternatively, the contestants will be able to get the question, by keying in RONDA to 32999. Each week there will be five (5) questions to be answered.
g) The Contestant must be Malaysian citizen.
Employees of ASTRO ALL ASIA NETWORKS plc (”Astro”) including its subsidiaries and affiliates, sponsors, agencies, dealers, retailers and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
The Contestants shall be permitted to participate in the Contest via the use of their mobile phones only.
Contestants under the age of eighteen (1 are not eligible to enter the Contest.
Where applicable, Contestants must obtain consent from the bill payers before participating in the Contest via SMS. Payment shall be made irrespective of whether such charges were authorised by the bill payer. For the purposes herein the term “bill payer” shall mean the individual, company or entity specified in the registration or subscription form whose application for the relevant service has been approved and accepted by the service provider.
2) Contest Entries

The Contestant must ensure that their Contest entries are complete and accurate. Incomplete, illegible or late entries shall be disqualified.
Astro reserves the right to reject any registration and/or entry at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.
All Contest entries must be submitted in Bahasa Malaysia. Contest entries in any other languages will be rejected by Astro.
The Contestant can send in as many Contest entries as they wish.
During the Contest Period, Contestants will be prompted to participate in the Contest via on-air promos, moderator’s message, banners and the Astro website.
3) Charges

Each SMS sent by the Contestant will be subject to a premium charge of RM1.00. This charge is in addition to the standard SMS fee charged by the Contestant’s mobile phone operator.
4) Selection of Winners

Contest winners for the weekly prize will be chosen based on the fastest time taken to correctly answer the questions during that particular week. The time is calculated based on the difference between the time Astro sends out the 1st question and the time Astro receives the 5th correct answer. Contest winners for the grand prize will be chosen based on the most number of correct answers submitted throughout the Contest Period.
5) Judging

The Judge’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained.
6) Notification of Contest Winners

Contest winners will be notified via the Astro website www.astro.com.my and/or by telephone call to his/ her mobile phone for which the contact number shall be the number used by the Contestant for submission of the answers. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Astro reserves the right to use any other method or medium Astro deems fit at its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the Contest winners.
Upon request, Contest winners will be required to give their contact details, I.C. No., Astro and any other details deemed necessary and relevant by Astro at its discretion within the time period specified or upon receiving the request/notification from Astro.
Proof of mailing, faxing, or delivering (in any manner whatsoever) any details to Astro does not denote proof that Astro has received such details
Astro reserves the right to forfeit prizes for any Contest winner who does not provide the required details upon receiving the request/notification from Astro. e) Astro reserves the right to appoint a third party to conduct the verification of Contest winners and to fulfil the delivery of prizes and Contestants agree that Astro may provide all necessary information of Contest winners to such third party to facilitate such service.
7) Contest Prizes

There will be i) three (3) prize winners each week as follows:
one (1) 1st Prize Winner entitled to a 4D/3N travel prize for two
to a local destination in Malaysia as decided by Astro; (2) one (1) 2nd Prize Winner entitled to a 3D/2N travel prize for two (2) to a local destination in Malaysia as decided by Astro; and
one (1) 3rd Prize Winner entitled to a 2D/1N travel prize for two (2) to a local destination in Malaysia as decided by Astro.
At the end of the Contest Period there will be one (1) Grand Prize winner entitled to a 4D/3N travel prize for two (2) to a local vacation destination in Malaysia as decided by Astro.
Astro reserves the right to change the prizes without any prior notification.
The Contest winner shall be responsible for all costs in connections with perfecting his/her prize, including but not limited to legal cost, stamp duties, registration and transfer fees, taxes, insurance, spending money and related expenses (such as meals or personal expenses, upgrades etc.) or fees.
Each Contest winner shall be entitled to one (1) prize only. The winners of each Contest Block must wait for a cooling off period of three (3) weeks before they are entitled to win any prizes again. However the Contestant will still be eligible to collect points to be entitled for the Grand Prize.
Prizes not claimed within the time period specified or upon request/notification from Astro shall be forfeited. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in any other form for whatever reason. Contest winners are solely responsible for the collection of their prize and Astro and its agents, sponsors and representatives shall have no liability to the Contest winners in any respect whatsoever.
Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
Astro reserves the right to request written proof of residency and of the age of any Contest winner before the prize is dispatched or collected.
Astro makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the prize and shall not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage thereto or arising therefrom.
Prizes must be claimed in person unless Astro advises otherwise. Identification which includes a photograph will be required (examples include identification card/drivers licence/passport which displays a photograph of the Contest winner). Where Astro elects to post a prize to a Contest winner no responsibility will be accepted by Astro for the safe and effective postal delivery of the prize.
In special situations, and subject to the absolute discretion of Astro, a Contest winner may nominate a designated representative to collect a prize. The representative will be required to present written authorisation from the Contest winner and identification which includes a photograph for both the Contest winner and their representative.
In the event that a Contest winner chooses not to accept a prize, they forfeit any and all claims to that prize, which will be dealt with according to the absolute discretion of Astro.
The Contest winner(s) of any prize(s) may at the absolute discretion of Astro be required to execute a deed of release and indemnity in a form prescribed by Astro in order to receive the prize.
All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the Contest winner, and Astro excludes all warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law. Contest winners shall comply with the terms and conditions of each prize.
Travel Prizes
Travel prizes must be taken within the time period in accordance with the dates and destinations and number of passengers specified by Astro, its agencies, sponsors and representatives or will be deemed invalid. There will be no cash alternative. There will be no alternative destination.
Travel prizes are non-transferable and are subject to availability. Travel prize winner must hold a valid passport with at least six (6) months’ further duration (or competition entry will be invalid).
Any travel by minors shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective carrier and where specified accompanied by the parent(s) or legal guardian.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside Astro’s reasonable control Astro reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value. No cash will be offered.
Travel prize winner shall comply with the terms and limitations of any insurance policy relating to the travel prize.
Travel prize winner shall comply with the terms and conditions of the airline and other transportation and venues involved in the Contest or the travel prize. In particular, the travel prize winner shall comply with all health and safety guidelines and instructions and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and are responsible for attending to any inoculation and health regulations required for their destination.
Travel prize winners are not entitled nor authorised in any way to commit Astro, its agencies, sponsors and representatives to any contract, expense or cost entered into or incurred. No variation of these Contest Terms and Conditions is effective unless approved by an authorised representative of Astro in writing
It shall be the responsibility of winners to obtain the necessary visa and other travel documents at their sole cost and expense. Passport control and in-country authorities will reserve the right to refuse entry. If the winner of a travel prize is refused passage and or entry/exit to or from the country being visited, any additional costs incurred will be at the sole cost and responsibility of the travel prize winner and no compensation whatsoever will be given should the travel prize winner, regardless of the circumstances.
Any flights, other transport, airport details, accommodation or other aspects of the travel prize, dates and times quoted by Astro, its agencies, sponsors or representatives are for guidance only and are subject to change without notice with no liability arising against Astro, its agencies, sponsors or representative. Travel prize winner must have sufficient financial resources to meet any financial commitment which they may incur in connection with the travel prize beyond those included in the travel prize itself (including, without limitation, transfers to and from any Malaysian airport specified in the travel prize, meals and drinks, room services, laundry, excess baggage, personal, medical and/or baggage insurance, all items of personal nature, custom tax and airport tax.).
Unless otherwise specified, the class of travel for any travel prize incorporating an airfare is economy class.

Proof of SMS sent by a Contestant does not denote proof that the SMS was received by Astro.
9) Prize Giving Ceremony

In the event Astro has a prize giving ceremony, the Contest winner(s) are required to attend at his/her own cost and expense to collect the prize. In the event the Contest winner is not able to attend the prize giving ceremony, the Contest winner must nominate a representative to be present at the prize giving ceremony to accept the prize on his/her behalf.
10) Publicity

Astro reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the nicknames, names, photographs, voice or video recordings and entries of the Contest winner(s) and/or representatives without first obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the Contest winner(s) and/or representatives for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media.
11) Use of Mobile Numbers

Astro and/or its affiliates reserve the right to send SMS messages to the Contestants mobile phone numbers containing information and promotional activities regarding any other Astro promotions.
If a Contestant does not wish to receive such SMS messages the Contestant is required to call and inform Astro accordingly by calling Astro’s call centre at 1 300-82-3838.
12) Adherence to Contest Terms & Conditions

All Contestants shall be required to adhere to the Contest Terms and Conditions and the Astro Website Terms of Use and Notices including any changes made thereto. Astro reserves the right to forfeit the prize(s) in the event any of the Contest Terms and Conditions and/or the Astro Website Terms of Use and Notices are not adhered to.
13) Variation to the Terms & Conditions

Astro reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Contest Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and the Contestants shall be bound to such changes.
14) Liability

Astro will not be responsible or liable for:
any problem, loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure in receiving and sending a SMS as a result of any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure experienced by the participating mobile phone operators and/or by Astro and/or resulting from participation or the downloading of any materials in the Contest. In the event of such error, interruption and/or failure, Astro shall not be responsible or liable for any failure by any Contestant to participate in the Contest at any time.

Identification which includes a photograph will be required (examples include identification card/drivers licence/passport which displays a photograph of the Contest winner). Where Astro elects to post a prize to a Contest winner no responsibility will be accepted by Astro for the safe and effective postal delivery of the prize.
In special situations, and subject to the absolute discretion of Astro, a Contest winner may nominate a designated representative to collect a prize. The representative will be required to present written authorisation from the Contest winner and identification which includes a photograph for both the Contest winner and their representative.
In the event that a Contest winner chooses not to accept a prize, they forfeit any and all claims to that prize, which will be dealt with according to the absolute discretion of Astro.
The Contest winner(s) of any prize(s) may at the absolute discretion of Astro be required to execute a deed of release and indemnity in a form prescribed by Astro in order to receive the prize.

Travel Prizes

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside Astro’s reasonable control Astro reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value. No cash will be offered.
Travel prize winner shall comply with the terms and limitations of any insurance policy relating to the travel prize.
Travel prize winner shall comply with the terms and conditions of the airline and other transportation and venues involved in the Contest or the travel prize. In particular, the travel prize winner shall comply with all health and safety guidelines and instructions and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and are responsible for attending to any inoculation and health regulations required for their destination.
Travel prize winners are not entitled nor authorised in any way to commit Astro, its agencies, sponsors and representatives to any contract, expense or cost entered into or incurred. No variation of these Contest Terms and Conditions is effective unless approved by an authorised representative of Astro in writing
It shall be the responsibility of winners to obtain the necessary visa and other travel documents at their sole cost and expense. Passport control and in-country authorities will reserve the right to refuse entry. If the winner of a travel prize is refused passage and or entry/exit to or from the country being visited, any additional costs incurred will be at the sole cost and responsibility of the travel prize winner and no compensation whatsoever will be given should the travel prize winner, regardless of the circumstances.
Any flights, other transport, airport details, accommodation or other aspects of the travel prize, dates and times quoted by Astro, its agencies, sponsors or representatives are for guidance only and are subject to change without notice with no liability arising against Astro, its agencies, sponsors or representative. Travel prize winner must have sufficient financial resources to meet any financial commitment which they may incur in connection with the travel prize beyond those included in the travel prize itself (including, without limitation, transfers to and from any Malaysian airport specified in the travel prize, meals and drinks, room services, laundry, excess baggage, personal, medical and/or baggage insurance, all items of personal nature, custom tax and airport tax.).
Unless otherwise specified, the class of travel for any travel prize incorporating an airfare is economy class.
